Kenny Smith
Former Griffin Kenny Smith (LAHS ’09), now a junior at UC Santa Barbara, has been named as a Division 1 Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association 2nd Team All-American Defenseman. Kenny helped lead the Gauchos to the Division I national championship tournament earlier this month, where they unfortunately fell in the quarterfinals to eventual national champion Colorado State.
C.J. Jacobs
Earlier this month, Smith and another fellow Gaucho junior Griffin alum, C.J. Jacobs were named to the first team All-Southwestern Lacrosse Conference team.
